Employment Consultant (Kensington & Chelsea) – this role is part funded by The Big Lottery & ESF

Balance are seeking an experienced employment consultant – permanent position 36 hours
a week to work as part of our supported employment team in Kensington & Chelsea. As part
of the team you will actively work with local employers to “broker” employment opportunities
for the people you support.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced individual who is passionate about supporting
people with disabilities into employment in this exciting central London borough.
Working as part of a dynamic team within an innovative organisation you’ll play a key role in
developing employment opportunities for residents with learning disabilities or physical and
sensory impairments who reside in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

A team player with strong organisational skills and an excellent work ethic you will relish the
opportunity to get yourself out into the local community to create effective employer networks
resulting in real employment opportunities for the people you support.

Balance is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in South West London. We have
grown out of a team that was part of Adult Social Care within Royal Borough of Kingston. We
have more than ten years experience providing employment and support services to a range
of disabled and vulnerable people.
