Our mission is to help people to become less reliant on services, and reach their potential.
Our expanding Community Activities service supports people with learning disabilities to develop their potential in supportive environments, including:
- Balance Catering Service and Balance Café, situated in New Malden & Surbiton offering learning opportunities in food preparation, customer and food service
- Stud Nursery, situated in the grounds of Hampton Court Palace, which offers opportunities in horticulture, woodwork and arts & crafts
We are looking for Casual Support Workers to provide high-quality support on a flexible basis to ensure our service users can develop their potential whilst also carrying out our project and community activities.
The right candidate for this role should have experience of catering/gardening/ craft related practical activities and supporting people with a disability.
All roles are subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and satisfactory references.
